We accept some insurance for seeing the PA/NP's. We offer membership for our functional medicine trained MD as this type of medicine. We do have additional fees that allow us to offer you the wide range of specialized services not available at other clinics that may not be covered by insurance.
Insurance Plans
As a courtesy, we bill most PPO insurances and Medicare for a portion of the office visits. We do not perform benefit verification, therefore, we ask that prospective patients become familiar with their insurance plan(s) and check with the plan to determine if we are in- or out-of-network.
For a list of current accepted insurances. Please note, these are subject to change. It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure we have accurate current insurance information on file. We strongly encourage patients to confirm first with their plan that we are in-network. We use a variety of testing that may or may not be covered by your insurance plan. Proceeding with any recommended testing or treatment is up to the sole discretion of the patient.
We accept the following insurance carriers/plans for payment of medical services at in-network rates:
- Aetna PPO, POS and EPO
- Aetna Medicare PPO
- Anthem Blue Cross PPO
- Blue Shield PPO (most plans in-network, some may be billed out of network such as Tandem)
- Cigna Open Access Plus PPO
- Medicare
- United Healthcare PPO
How It Works
Step 1:
Your 45-Minute Initial Visit $400
All patients must start with an initial consultation. During your initial consultation, we will discuss your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, medications, and each one of your symptoms to get a complete picture of your health.
After that meeting, you will get a detailed plan that you and Dr. Jen created TOGETHER. It will include lab testing, supplements, and medication recommendations, nutrition, and lifestyle suggestions. Your plan will start immediately, providing you with relief and a long-term strategy.
Dr. Jen may suggest additional, advanced hormone testing like the DUTCH test, which you would complete before the next visit.
Step 2:
Start Your Membership
You and Dr. Jen will work closely to develop a plan during your initial consultation. You then have a choice on the membership below to continue to have support. Or you can resume seeing an NP/PA. Of note, you may not qualify to see a PA/NP if you have a complicated health condition.

Our basic membership is the perfect choice for patients needing occasional care, with an expected 1-3 visits per year. If you are seen more than 3 times you will need to choose the Gold membership plan.

Yes, we offer both virtual and in-person appointments.
No, you do not need to leave your primary care provider. We are an integrative medical practice, meaning that we work in conjunction with conventional providers. In this case, we act as a consultant. We are not your primary care doctor, but rather our goal is to help you solve the puzzle as to why you are not feeling good as you continue to work with your doctor.
We do not accept insurance for Dr. Jen as she practices integrative medicine and this is not specifically reimbursed by insurance. We do accept insurance for standard medical visits provided by the PA/NP.
Your initial 60-Minute consultation costs $400, and your 3-month membership is $300 a month.

Additional Costs
In addition to non-billable services, patients may also pay for IV nutrients and materials, supplements, lab kits, lab fees, and other miscellaneous items. Some of the labs we work with can bill insurance for tests, but we ask that patients first verify coverage for their ordered tests prior to having the labs done. We strongly encourage our patients to become familiar with their insurance coverage, as with the thousands of plans, it is impossible for us to check each one for every patient.
Some lab fees are strictly CASH only (out of pocket). For labs that don’t accept insurance, fees will be provided, but are subject to change. For most up-to-date costs, we advise patients to contact the lab directly. Depending upon your health goals, and insurance coverage, additional fees vary greatly.
Please note that testing is not performed in our office.
Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours advance notice for initial appointments and 24 business hour notice for all other appointments. We reserve that time specifically for you and do not overbook.
Any cancellation made less than (the above mentioned) in advance will result in a cancellation fee starting at $75 for IV's and $50 for regular visits.
