To make the homemade granola:
Put the nuts and seeds in the blender. Pulse to make small and large pieces. Add oats to mix. Add melted coconut oil, sea salt, and optional ingredients. Shake to mix all ingredients and make sure oil is evenly distributed in the mix.
Spread granola on the baking sheet evenly and bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes until toasted brown. Let cool.
